Made from carbon steel and with a sleek design based on a French skillet, it's made in limited numbers to maintain quality and features a thick base with tapered, low angle side walls to help keep weight down and help moisture evaporate quickly.

The short but comfortable and stylish handle also means this pan fits comfortably in an oven and is designed to be secure while holding it with a kitchen towel.
