This exquisite chef's knife is made from highly-esteemed Aogami Super (Blue Carbon Steel) with stainless steel cladding. It has a western handle that is made from Pakkawood, which is a high-end Japanese material that is hand-carved and then treated to achieve a beautiful, uniform texture. This results in a knife that looks and feels superb in both quality and texture. The blade combines the flat, sliding edge of a Nakiri perfectly with the length and slight curvature of a traditional chef's knife. The added steel at the tip allows them to cut more effectively, with less effort on your part. The blade by itself mesures 24 cm.
