DESCRIPTION
This is a Yoshihiro HGB Sujihiki Slicer, made of High Carbon Japan Steel(Forged SK4) with Western style Wooden Handle.
HGB has a variety of Blade type; Gyuto,Paring Knife, Sujihiki & Honesuki, etc.
Taking advantage of Forged SK-4 with sustainable sharpness, this model is manufactured ,one by one, with special quenching & grinding technique in a traditional way, here in Sakai, which can achieve to be easy to resharpen with high durability. These knives get rust in wet condition, but ferrous oxide(Fe203) is harmless to human body.
