How to Sharpen a small blade | - Put YAMATO stone holder or wet cloth on flat place and YAMATO on it.
- Splash some water on the surface of YAMATO before using (No need to soak into water)
- Put knife's edge at keeping the appropriate angle on YAMATO.
- Start sharpening and finish when BURR comes out. BURR, metal ridge left on edge within 1.0 mm is the sign of sharpening correctly.
- Sharpen the whole knife's edge, according to your knife's shape.
- For double bevel knife, sharpen the opposite side as well.
- After sharpening, remove BURR.

After Use | Wash by water and store at place away from direct sunlight after drying. |
